Ялина європейська гніздоподібна (Picea abies ,Nidiformis’)

Ялина звичайна / європейська Нідіформіс (гніздовидна) (Picea abies Nidiformis) - чудовий вічнозелений декоративний чагарник нагадує за формою гніздо з округлою або плоскою розпростертою компактною кроною, кінці гілок вигнуті назовні, швидкість росту - середня. Одна з небагатьох форм ялини, придатної для створення дуже щільних живоплотів і неповторних Топіарних композицій. Досягає 1,2 м у висоту, при діаметрі крони 2,5 м. Річний приріст у висоту 5 см, в ширину 8 см. Хвоя коротка голчаста, жорстка, гостра, яскраво-зелена.

Ялина звичайна Нідіформіс застосовується для озеленення присадибних ділянок, підходить для використання в японських і кам'янистих садах, на альпійських гірках, для вирощування в контейнерах, на дахах, балконах і терасах, ніколи не стане тягарем для маленького саду. Одна з кращих форм витривалої ялини для топіарного мистецтва - мистецтво фігурної стрижки дерев і чагарників з метою надання їм різних форм.
